The Peanut Gallery (“we”, “us”) runs a free email newsletter about the Shute Shield. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to send it.

What we collect

When you subscribe, we collect your email address so we can send you the newsletter. That’s it — no tracking pixels, no ad networks, no selling your data.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (aggregate page views only). We do not build advertising profiles and we do not share personal information with third parties.

Your choices

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing james@thepeanutgallery.com.au.

Your rights

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and email in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) — meaning we only email you with your consent and always give you a way to opt out.
